Refund, Returns & Damaged Goods Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We offer generous after sales service and a fair returns policy that complies with all State and Federal regulations.  Please familiarise yourself with our policy prior to placing your order.

All warranty claims must firstly be approved by Better Bathrooms. We may exchange (a 25% restocking fee may apply), raise a store credit, or issue a replacement item. Where applicable some warranty claims carry an in-home repair.

All goods are sold with their manufacturer’s warranty which applies to faulty manufacture only. Warranty and installation details are present in the packaging of goods, and where stated must be installed by a licensed installer.

Our goods are sold and received by you in new and working condition, except when stated on the invoice. Upon receiving goods you have 7 days to check items to ensure you are satisfied with the goods, including that, goods are of acceptable quality, match the description we have provided, are the correct size and colour, and free of visible damage or missing parts.

Any items to be returned must be in original packaging and original condition. Goods cannot be returned after installation.

Freight charges are not reimbursable.
